POST-MARATHON UPDATE: The day was great, and London was at its best: cheering, supporting, handing out jelly babies and orange slices to needy runners -- generosity of spirit and action. Felt an affinity with the Headway runners I saw, and am very grateful for your collective support of an important cause. Thank you.
