Monthly Meetings
Find our more about brain injury, share personal experiences and concerns and socialise with other people affected by brain injury at our monthly group meeting. Open to anyone affected by brain injury including members and non-members.
Peer Support Group
Discover your strengths and resources, and find ways to cope with challenges, with our Peer Support group. The service is confidential and offers a chance to talk openly in a safe, sensitive and supportive setting with other people with experience of brain injury.
Open to brain injury survivors.
Helpline
Get information and advice about our services, where to find help and support or anything else related to brain injury.
Open to anyone affected by brain injury including members and non-members.
Befriending (One to one support)
Pursue interests and enjoy a social life away from home and family, within the wider community with a 'befriender'. The frequency and location of meetings, as well as your specific objectives, are agreed with your befriender at the outset. One to one support can last up to 12 months. 
Open to brain injury survivors. Places are limited so registration is required.
Headway @ Kingsgate Community Centre
Drop in for everything from support and information to coffee and some company. There are also regular activities, like Arts & Crafts and drama. Open to anyone affected by brain injury including members and non-members.
Carer Support
Talk to a trained counsellor with experience of brain injury to help deal with the challenges of caring for a brain injury survivor. Open to carers, family and friends of brain injury survivors. 
Courses
Learn something new and build your confidence by joining a regular short-course (4-6 weeks) as part of our monthly activities at the Kingsgate Centre. Courses so far have included Computer Skills and Managing Your Money. 
Open to brain injury survivors. Places are limited so registration is required.
